Was pleasantly surprised to see how slick the remover was and looked very well made. Just used it for the first time and it was very comfortable and easy to use. Definitely look forward to using it in the future.

In concept, this is a great product. I am an African American with dark hair, and it was working great initially. I feel like it was day 31. The day that it was no longer eligible for return, when it the power cord started to fall out of the device during use. Now to use it, I must hold it awkwardly or count on it shorting out every 7-10 flashes. While I am happy with the results so far (week 6), I feel it is a large investment to have this issue so soon.

The packaging is very beautiful, you can buy it for yourself , and it is also a good choice as a gift. Inside there are chargers and a goggle and a razor. Nice product and nice color. Easy to operate, not very painful, looking forward to the arrival of summer!!!

Update: pull out a hair where you want to treat with tweezers and estimate the depth of your hair follicles from your skins surface. If they are at 4-5mm laser hair removal wont work on you. And thus one may stop at 3mm.I have light skinned with medium coarse dark hair. I wanted this for facial hair removal. It's easy to use and instructions are great. It feels solidly made. It operates well. It comes with everything you need. But after two months of following the directions precisely I saw no improvement and reached out to the company so I could understand the settings better. I wanted to know the strongest setting do I could try that. After a lot of back and forth with the company they did tell me how to set it to the strongest mode and setting. They were responsive but the advice wasnt helpful for me. And I gave it another two months of trying.I think my face may be too heavy and the skin too thick for the light to reach the hair follicles. There was only ever one time I heard a sizzle/smell and the hair came off. Just one flash did that out of four months. and that was where my skin was thinnest.Yes I took the plastic off the glass.Yes I had the right head inMaybe I got a bad unit. When I get some extra cash I might try again.But truly I have come to think thats the laser light cant reach that far below the skin that I need it to. Id be interested to know how deep the laser light is metered to target before I would try again.

I have been researching a permanent hair remover for a month and finally decided to get this one. First because of the price deal, the high-end looking and effectiveness. I have been using it on my legs for almost 2 weeks. It’s easy to operate, easy to hold, no pain and seem to be very effective till now. This could be a great Christmas gift.
