Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Eligibility for Standard Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If it's opened or after 7 days of purchase, the return will not be acceptable

• Non-Returnable Items: Opened fragrances or cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
