End-user warranty policies.
The product has one year manufacturer’s warranty.
The defect covers under this warranty policies are:-
1. Defect in electric charging.
a. Problem with the adapter (only charging adapter is repaired/replaced).
b. Charging problem in device (whole product is repaired/replaced).
2. Not functioning as described.
a. Flash lamp defect.
Majority of our laser hair removal products have a changeable lamp and it will be repaired/replaced if it has any functioning complaint before the provided flash finishes.
b. Device defects.
Whole device will be repaired/replaced within the limited time warranty.
All other complaints raised due to the harsh handling or any other manually caused damage is excluded from the warranty.
